Joseph C. Welsch

Joseph C. Welsch received his engineering degree from Parks College of Saint Louis in 1970 and has been working in the construction/design field for 40 years. He has a wide range of experience including everything from system layout to construction management. He has served as District Construction Engineer, District Construction Manager, and has been responsible for overseeing construction and design of over 250 projects. Joe brings great leadership, experience, and knowledge of the industry to our company.
